Job Description
Launch your career in education as a Paraprofessional in the Minneapolis–Saint Paul area. Support K–12 special education students with hands-on experience and build meaningful connections while assisting licensed teachers in the classroom.
Key Responsibilities
Assist licensed staff in the classroom with academic adaptations and IEPs
Work with students individually or in small groups
Maintain a safe and conducive classroom environment
Provide timely support for students in crisis situations
Utilize various learning methods to enhance engagement
Required Qualifications
60 college credits or higher or passing score on Paraeducator or Paraprofessional Assessment
Professional proficiency in English
U.S. Work Authorization
Preferred Qualifications
ParaPro Certification
Behavioral Technician or PCA experience
Experience in a school setting with children with special needs
