Job Description
Join Randstad as a Site Manager to lead high-volume staffing solutions for top-tier clients. You'll build client relationships, manage talent pipelines, and ensure compliance with operational standards while delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain a strong partnership with the client
Understand the client's business, processes, policies, and strategic direction
Create and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent
Execute recruiting plan to ensure quality of talent
Screen and select candidates according to client job profiles
Comply with operational standards and employment laws
Foster a consultative relationship through in-person visits
Market talent's skills and abilities for the best match
Provide innovative employment solutions
Deliver services that delight clients and talent
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years light industrial/manufacturing recruiting experience
1 year in high-volume or staffing environments
Ability to develop strong client and candidate relationships
Experience multi-tasking and effectively prioritizing workload
Professionalism and ability to communicate at all levels of the client organization
Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve complex client situations
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in recruitment and selection processes
Knowledge of operational standards and employment laws
