Key Responsibilities
Evaluate patients and create care plans
Communicate with patients, families, and care team
Administer skilled nursing care to patients after hours
Be available for visits as directed by the Clinical Supervisor
Required Qualifications
Current state license as a registered nurse
2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting
Reliable transportation
Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 25 lbs
Preferred Qualifications
Hospice experience
