Med/Surg Tele RN Job Details

• Location: Manchester, NH 03102 (New Hampshire nursing jobs)
• Assignment Type: Travel Registered Nurse (RN)
• Unit: Medical-Surgical/Telemetry (Med-Surg Tele, D100)
• Start Date: October 15, 2025
• End Date: January 14, 2026
• Duration: 13-week travel nursing contract
• Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (12-hour night shifts)
• Hours per Week: 36
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
• Floating: May float to other med-surg telemetry units as needed
• Dress Code: Scrubs (no assigned color)
• Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $1780-$1910

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (NH or compact state)
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 1 year of recent Med/Surg Telemetry RN experience
• Strong telemetry nursing skills
• Experience with bariatric and cardiac patients preferred
• Adaptable, hardworking, and team-oriented
• Familiarity with Alaris Pumps, bladder scanners, chest tube drainage systems, Dinamaps, and vein finders is a plus
• Experience with Sunrise EMR preferred

Med/Surg Tele RN Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to med-surg telemetry patients with moderate acuity
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and telemetry strips
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team including RNs, LNAs, monitor techs, and support staff
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
• Accurately document patient care in the Sunrise EMR system
• Float to other med-surg telemetry units as needed within the hospital
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and patient-centered environment
• Participate in unit meetings and adhere to all hospital and unit policies
