Key Responsibilities

  • Design and support industrial electrical systems
  • Modify solutions to improve equipment reliability and safety
  • Provide technical support to Production, Maintenance, and IT
  • Maintain and update PLC, VFD, and HMI programs
  • Update and support National Instruments LabVIEW code
  • Interface with engineering, manufacturing, maintenance, and IT teams
  • Apply NEC knowledge for planning industrial equipment installations
  • Supply project leaders with capital cost estimates and timelines
  • Lead projects, solve complex problems, and act as a resource for colleagues
  • Manage outside engineering and construction personnel
  • Integrate equipment into data collection systems
  • Compile data from connected devices for organizational use

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering Technology
  • 3+ years of professional experience
  • Experience with AutoCAD Electrical CAD software
  • Experience with PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and test equipment
  • Knowledge of NFPA 70, 70E, and 79
  • Knowledge of basic networking concepts and SQL Database
