Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage entire site management team
Communicate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors
Champion Corporate Safety Plan and develop site-specific safety plans
Review and approve purchase orders and subcontracts
Manage project recordkeeping and correspondence
Provide field support and supervise subcontractor operations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering and construction management
11 years of construction field experience
Experience in heavy industrial construction (fossil power generation, mining, metals, heavy manufacturing)
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of MIC Health and Safety programs
Ability to read and analyze engineering plans
