Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Support, implement, and monitor nursing care
Revise patient's care plan based on individual needs
Assist with patient teaching and discharge needs
Monitor and report patient's condition
Document patient care accurately and timely

Required Qualifications

Licensed by the State of Tennessee
Graduate of an approved school of nursing
BLS within 90 days of hire

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in patient care delivery
Ability to work well under pressure
Flexibility in applying nursing knowledge
