Job Description

Join Sysco as a CDL A Local Delivery Truck Driver and enjoy paid training while ensuring safe, reliable, and cost-effective vehicle operations. You will perform essential maintenance and repairs on our fleet, contributing to a stable and growing company.

Key Responsibilities

Perform inspections and preventive maintenance on vehicles and equipment
Conduct FAI/CVI inspections on fleet vehicles
Perform quality maintenance repairs to maximize safety and reliability
Address Driver Vehicle Inspection Report write-ups
Diagnose malfunctions and perform repairs to manufacturer specifications
Document all work performed on work orders
Learn and develop efficiency in Sysco computer programs

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
Medium / Heavy Duty truck technical training
2 years of school and 1 year of experience or 3 years of experience in fleet maintenance and repair
Current and valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

ASE certifications in Automotive or Medium/Heavy Duty Trucks
609 HVAC Certification
