Join Intuit as a Tax Expert and make a difference this tax season. Work remotely to help clients navigate tax complexities, ensuring they receive the best service and support using TurboTax products.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in completing their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products
Provide tax advice and full service return preparation
Manage product/software inquiries and tax calculations
Utilize government websites and professional resources to deliver accurate answers
Document interactions to maintain accurate records
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney
Strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws
Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
Excellent customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using commercial tax preparation software
Ability to interact with customers through video and audio tools
