Position Information Facility Department/Cost Center: 780 Role: Registered Nurse (RN) Specialty: Emergency Services Number of Openings: 1 Shift: 7A - 7P Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36 Weekend Hours: Rotate every other weekend Call Requirements: Flexible based on census Required Certifications: ACLS, PALS or ENPC, NIHSS Years of Experience: Minimum 2 years Float Requirements: Assist in areas with competencies Unit Information Number of Beds: 32 Patient Ratios: 1-4, 1-5 Equipment: Critical Care equipment Electronic Health Record: Cerner Patient Population: Birth to death Hiring Profile Must Have Skills/Experience: Excellent patient experience skills, critical care thinking, stamina for fast-paced environment Preferred Skillset/Experience: Experience in fast-paced ED, handling strokes, STEMIs, and trauma Common Diagnosis/Treatment: Wide range of conditions Personality Fit: Energetic and knowledgeable Required Education Registered Nurse with no less than 2 years of experience.
