What You’ll Do:

• Deliver top-notch patient care using the full nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Apply critical thinking and clinical judgment to manage complex NICU situations.
• Administer medications and perform safety checks diligently.
• Educate and empower patients’ families on procedures, treatments, and recovery plans.
• Prioritize patient safety and quality, documenting care accurately and efficiently.

What You Bring to the Table:

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited nursing program required.
• BSN preferred.

Licensure & Certifications:

• Active RN license (Single State or Compact).
• BLS & NRP required.
• ACLS & PALS preferred.

Experience:

• Minimum 2+ years recent NICU experience in a hospital setting.

Skills & Strengths:

• Fluent in English (spoken & written).
• Collaborative, patient-first mindset.
• Cool under pressure with excellent time management skills.
