Key Responsibilities
Lead daily operations of the maintenance team
Ensure compliance with safety protocols
Diagnose equipment malfunctions
Develop preventive maintenance schedules
Manage maintenance budgets and activities
Interview, train, and manage team performance
Maintain knowledge of regulatory compliance
Required Qualifications
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
2+ years of maintenance experience in a food manufacturing environment
12+ months of maintenance supervisory experience
Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, and hydraulic systems
Ability to read and interpret technical documents
Preferred Qualifications
Relevant certifications (CMRP, CPMM)
OSHA safety certification
Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office
Basic understanding of ERP processes
