Key Responsibilities
Provide direct and indirect clinical services to children, adolescents, and adults in need of mental health care
Conduct crisis assessments and intake assessments
Facilitate individual therapy, group therapy, and family therapy
Develop and implement treatment plans and case management
Collaborate with team and community for patient care
Participate in patient/family education and discharge planning
Required Qualifications
Masters degree in the Behavioral Health field
State of CT. Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC)
