Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical and non-clinical education and training to patients and team members
  • Participate in the planning, design, implementation, and delivery of training curriculum
  • Conduct Annual Clinical Skills Assessments for Nurses and Medical Assistants
  • Develop and implement remediation tools and programs for learning deficits
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in new product testing and clinic startups

Required Qualifications

  • College degree in healthcare, information systems, or related field
  • Current, valid RN or LPN/LVN license
  • IV Certification required for LPN/LVN, or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment
  • Basic Life Support for Healthcare provider and/or ACLS certification, or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment
  • 3+ years of experience in acute care or ambulatory care setting
  • 1+ years of experience as a clinical trainer or educator
  • Ability to travel throughout the geographic market as needed, including overnight stays
  • Driver’s license and access to reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and MS Teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Solid interpersonal skills
  • Ability to transfer knowledge to clients with diverse cultural backgrounds
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) language proficiency
