As a Graduate Nurse in the ICU, you will coordinate and implement patient care with a focus on quality and safety. This role requires effective communication and a commitment to patient rights while working in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and implement patient care specific to the age of the patient population
Ensure quality care is provided efficiently and safely
Demonstrate performance consistent with the unit's standards of care
Treat staff, physicians, patients, and families with respect
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited program for Registered Nursing
Current New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license
BLS Certification required or within 2 weeks of hire date
Current knowledge and skills appropriate to age/type of patient population served
Knowledgeable and sensitive to patients' rights in the delivery of care
