Job Description

Join The Jewish Board as a Real Estate Coordinator, where you will manage residential leasing and repair issues, liaising with landlords and staff to ensure smooth operations. This role is essential in maintaining lease information and supporting the apartment programs effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate residential leasing and repair issues
  • Identify apartments for programs and negotiate rents
  • Maintain lease database and create monthly reports
  • Liaison between program staff, Legal Department, and Landlords
  • Respond to repair requests and track repairs
  • Attend staff meetings and complete additional duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years of Real Estate experience
  • Experience in negotiating residential leases and renewals
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

Preferred Qualifications

  • College degree preferred
  • Bi-lingual preferred
  • Experience working in a Not for Profit setting
