Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Support front desk personnel and assist with scheduling

  • Assist patients with registration and insurance verification
  • Collect co-payments and answer incoming calls

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED or higher
  • 1+ years of experience in a medical office position
  • 1+ years of experience using electronic health record
  • Intermediate level of computer proficiency
  • Access to reliable transportation & valid US driver's license
  • Ability to travel to multiple office locations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with EPIC
  • Knowledge of medical terms
  • Knowledge of insurance carriers and managed care plans
