Travel Nursing Job Details

• Location: Voorhees, New Jersey (08043) – South Jersey nursing jobs
• Assignment Length: 13-week travel RN contract (Start: January 5, 2026 – End: April 6, 2026)
• Shift: 3x12-hour day shifts (07:00 – 19:00)
• Hours per Week: 36
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2200-$2360
• Unit: Labor & Delivery (16 rooms), Level III High Risk
• Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse (W2)
• On-Site Position

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of recent Labor & Delivery RN experience (within the last 12 months)
• Active New Jersey or Compact Registered Nurse license (required for New Jersey nursing jobs)
• BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications (must be valid and not expiring within 30 days of assignment start)
• Ability to pass a Dysrhythmia test within 72 hours of signing (2 attempts permitted)
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccines required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
• EPIC charting experience preferred
• First-time travel nurses welcome – great opportunity for travel healthcare professionals

Labor & Delivery RN Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to laboring mothers and newborns in a high-risk, Level III setting
• Monitor patients using continuous fetal and maternal monitoring systems
• Care for early inductions, antepartum, and high-risk obstetric patients
• Float to High Risk OB (HROB) unit and up to 5 hospitals within the system (Voorhees, Marlton, Mt. Holly, Willingboro, OLOL) as needed
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document patient care using EPIC (preferred) or other electronic health record systems
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Complete required orientation modules and labs within 48 hours of signing
