📋 Requirements & Experience:

• Active IN RN License
• BLS (AHA)
• Minimum 2+ years of experience
• Oncology experience required
• Floating required

🩺 Scope of Role:

• Medical Surgical / Telemetry unit (Oncology focus)
• Includes chemotherapy infusion, symptom control, GI, and GU patients

🧤 Additional Details:

• Unit size: 24 beds
• Patient ratio: 5:1 (occasionally 6:1)
