Key Responsibilities

  • Manage clinical and business operations of assigned sites
  • Foster a culture of service excellence and improve patient experience
  • Implement and monitor compliance with standard processes
  • Support strategic direction and operationalize new programs
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to direct and indirect reports
  • Analyze data to drive decision-making

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years experience in healthcare leadership or management
  • Strong leadership, initiative, judgment, and decision-making skills
  • Experience in improving outcomes in assigned areas
  • Knowledge of electronic health records
  • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated excellence in customer service and patient experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate degree or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Knowledge of business/medical administration principles
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements in ambulatory settings
