Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced PCU RN to join our team at Cape Regional. The ideal candidate will have EPIC experience and be prepared to float to all like units as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU).
• Utilize EPIC for patient documentation and management.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing appropriate interventions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Float to other units as required, maintaining flexibility and adaptability in patient care.

Required Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of recent Telemetry RN experience in a busy Level 1 Trauma facility.

Licensure/Certification Requirements:

• Current New Jersey Registered Nurse (NJ-RN) License.
• Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
• Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certification.
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) Certification.
