Job Description

Join Staples as a Territory Sales Executive and play a key role in driving revenue growth in the Philadelphia area. In this remote role, you'll leverage your sales skills to engage new customers, develop tailored pricing solutions, and build lasting relationships while enjoying a supportive and inclusive company culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive conversion of 1M new revenue from new customers
  • Build territory penetration strategy and analyze performance
  • Qualify prospects and route opportunities to sales team members
  • Schedule appointments and meet with prospective customers
  • Attend conferences and events to represent Quill
  • Create and present custom pricing solutions
  • Ensure smooth transition to account management team
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly quotas
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM
  • Constantly improve and apply feedback from coaching
  • Foster a positive team culture and share learnings

Required Qualifications

  • High School diploma/ GED
  • 4+ years of field sales experience
  • Required travel within territory based on appointments, customer needs and conferences, approximately 50% travel
  • Remote Role: Must be able to cover a territory of Philadelphia, PA

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6 months+ of relevant experience in the public sector market
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proven business development experience
