Key Responsibilities
Provide direct and indirect quality nursing care to terminally ill patients
Coordinate patient care activities with healthcare teams
Manage a caseload of patients
Follow the nursing process in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act
Promote patient comfort and assist in achieving a peaceful death
Required Qualifications
Oregon Registered Nurse License
1 year Medical/surgical experience
Recent acute care or long-term care experience
Experience in end-of-life care
Preferred Qualifications
Recent Oncology experience
Home Hospice or Home Health experience
