Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Support the LO Design and Integration team
Work within an Integrated Product Team
Develop and integrate low observable technologies
Participate in weekly configuration development activities
Direct design trades
Perform design optimization through electromagnetic modeling and simulation
Analyze signature data (RF or IR)
Ensure compliance with technical requirements through collaboration with suppliers and customers
Direct testing of LO components
Required Qualifications
Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
9+ years of experience with a Bachelor's or 7+ years with a Master's or 4+ years with a PhD (Level 4)
14+ years of experience with a Bachelor's or 12+ years with a Master's or 9+ years with a PhD (Level 5)
4+ years’ experience in LO Engineering Processes, Aircraft Design, Electromagnetic Propagation, Supportable Low Observables
Positive attitude towards learning and teamwork
Ability to mentor and provide technical leadership
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with RF and/or IR test equipment, test procedures, and data processing
