Join Mosaic as a Habilitative Specialist/Case Manager to make a positive impact on individuals' lives. You'll coordinate services to enhance daily living skills and train staff in effective techniques, all while contributing to a supportive team culture.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the development of individual-centered programs
Monitor the quality of services and development of individual-centered programs
Train staff in behavior modification and/or intervention techniques
Develop new policies, procedures and methodologies for delivering habilitative services
On Call responsibilities as needed to support agency
Required Qualifications
Strong problem solving and critical thinking capability
Deep knowledge of habilitative services for individuals with developmental disabilities
Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Special Education or related field
One year experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities required
QIDP certification may be required based on state requirements
