Job Description
Join The Jewish Board as a Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician, where you'll provide essential treatment and support services to families and youth facing behavioral health challenges. Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to enhance family functioning and support youth on their path to recovery and reintegration into their communities.
Key Responsibilities
Provide treatment to children and their families to address clinical needs
Engage child/youth and family in care plan development
Assess risk, develop safety plans, and provide crisis intervention services
Participate in person-centered care planning
Monitor discharge and ongoing care planning
Establish collaborative working relationships with community providers
Complete casework documentation
Provide on-call after-hour crisis intervention services
Attend and participate in team meetings
Required Qualifications
Licensure (LMSW, LCSW, LMFT, LCAT) in a Behavioral Health or related field
Minimum of one (1) year of experience in providing direct services to children with serious emotional disturbance and their families
Preferred Qualifications
Fluency in Spanish
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Ability to learn electronic health records and other software
