Key Responsibilities
Adjust complex bodily injury claims and small business claims
Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and adjudicate claims
Manage assigned claims workload and keep members informed
Collaborate with team members to resolve issues
Deliver best-in-class member service
Support workload surges and catastrophe response operations
Ensure compliance with risk and compliance policies
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma
4 years auto claims and injury adjusting experience
Advanced knowledge of auto claims contract and evaluation
Advanced negotiation, investigation, communication skills
Strong time-management and decision-making skills
Advanced knowledge of human anatomy and medical terminology
Ability to exercise sound financial judgment
Acquisition of insurance adjuster license within 90 days
Preferred Qualifications
2 or more years of catastrophic injury experience
Experience handling UM/UIM injury claims
College Degree (Bachelors or higher)
