Key Responsibilities
Manage coordination, supervision, and implementation of hospice services
Lead a care team and guide new team members through orientation
Provide education on clinical practice, regulations, and reimbursement updates
Ensure quality of care for patients
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited nursing school (BSN preferred)
Current state license as a registered nurse
Reliable transportation
Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 80-100 lbs
Preferred Qualifications
2-3 years of supervisory experience as a registered nurse in an appropriate clinical care setting, home health, or hospice environment
Evidence of clinical and supervisory knowledge and experience
Homecare Homebase EMR experience
