Join Primary Vascular Care as a Nurse Practitioner, where you'll provide on-site clinical assessments for residents in client facilities. This role involves working independently in a mobile practice, enhancing patient care in a long-term care setting.
Key Responsibilities
Perform on-site screening clinical assessments
Function independently to perform history and physical for patients
Order and review diagnostic and therapeutic tests
Assist with the provision of care per regulations
Monitor the effectiveness of interventions
Maintain relationships with facility contacts
Educate family members and clients about services
Assist with development and maintenance of physician relations
Complete reports in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Program
Current NP License
BLS - Basic Life Support certification
Current Infection Control Certification
Board Certified/Board Eligible
Physical, Vaccines and Titers: PPD/TB, Hep B, MMR, Varicella
Preferred Qualifications
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification
