REQUIRED EXPERIENCE • Three (3) years Risk Management related experience in a healthcare/hospital or related setting required, experience in psychiatry and/or substance abuse settings preferred. 

• Clinical background as an RN, PA or MD preferred in a healthcare/hospital or related setting. 

• Experience in Justice Center and state agency investigations, including conducting Root Cause Analysis under NYS DOH and investigations of Allegations of Abuse/Significant Incident cases.
