Key Responsibilities
Lead chart abstraction and measure validation for quality improvement initiatives
Apply QI methodologies to improve processes and compliance
Ensure accurate data submission for quality-related payment and recognition programs
Conduct data analysis to assess clinical pertinence and compliance
Facilitate discussions with multidisciplinary teams
Educate and train clinical providers and stakeholders
Collaborate with analytics, informatics, and documentation teams
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in healthcare or relevant field
Five years equivalent full-time clinical experience as RN, MD, PA or relevant clinical position
Three years of experience in medical record auditing, abstracting or validation
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in healthcare or relevant field
Licensed in the State of Maryland as RN, PA, or in a related healthcare position
