Key Responsibilities
Ensure and maintain system performance requirements
Provide system problem/anomaly resolution support
Conduct data trending and performance analysis
Support program/unique expertise to the engineering team
Coordinate and execute system maintenance tasks
Develop and improve operations processes/products/tools
Provide technical support and feedback to the development/maintenance team
Develop and maintain training materials and provide classroom lectures
Required Qualifications
Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)
Minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience
Active TS/SCI with CI polygraph security clearance
Experience with coding/scripting fundamentals
Experience with Linux and/or shell commands/scripting languages
Experience with Radio Frequency (RF), Digital, Power, and/or Communication systems
Working experience with MATLAB and/or PERL
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Dynamics, Control, and/or Propulsion systems
Good presentation, coordination, and communication skills
Self-motivated with the ability to proactively complete assigned tasks
Ability to develop and maintain operational procedures, products and training materials
Experience in system dynamics, analysis, and determination
Proficient in coding/scripting
Proficient with MATLAB and/or PERL
Working experience with Systems Tool Kit (STK)
Experience developing and maintaining tools to support analysis and tasks
Ability to Travel (a few times per year)
