Travel Nurse RN - Interventional Radiology - $2,926 per week

Talent4Health is seeking a travel nurse RN Interventional Radiology for a travel nursing job in Kenosha, Wisconsin.

Job Description & Requirements

o Years of Experience? 2 years of IR experience for RNs and Techs

o Will you accept a first-time traveler? Yes

o Cath Lab and IR are separate here

● Patient Types:

o Inpatient, outpatient, ER. No Neuro IR here.

o Staff will assist with ultrasound guided cases and assist in CT as well, as needed.

o 1 RN, 1 Tech, Radiologist/PA/APC (Advanced Practicing Clinician) in case at minimum. Higher level cases usually have an additional RN or RT

o Required: Paras/thoras, biopsies (bone, thyroid, liver, renal), abscess drainage, angiograms of upper/lower extremities, fistulograms, g-tube from scratch/exchanges, kyphoplasty/vertebroplasty, coil embolizations, nephrostomy tubes/nephroureteral stents, some trialysis catheters/central lines, ports, IVC filter

o Preferred: Y90s/TIPS

● Required Licensure & Certifications:

o RN: BLS, ACLS

o RN: must be comfortable administering conscious/moderate sedation (no propofol), administering other IV medications, circulating cases

Must Have 1-2 years experience with ACLS 2+ experience conscious sedation procedural experience Shift 8hr Day Shift (40) 1st; start times vary between 0700-0800 based on call schedule
