Job Description
Join Georgia Hospice Care as an RN Clinical Supervisor, where you'll lead a dedicated team to provide exceptional care for hospice patients. Your role will involve managing clinical services, training staff, and ensuring the highest quality of care, all within a supportive work environment that encourages professional growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the coordination, supervision, and implementation of professional and supportive services for hospice patients
Oversee the care team and provide education and training related to clinical practice
Help orient new employees
Ensure every patient receives the highest quality care
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited nursing school (BSN preferred)
Current state license as a registered nurse
2-3 years of supervisory experience as a registered nurse in an appropriate clinical care setting, home health, or hospice environment
Reliable transportation
Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 80-100 lbs
Preferred Qualifications
Evidence of clinical and supervisory knowledge and experience appropriate to the assigned supervision responsibilities
