Payroll & Benefits Manager

Infiltrator Water Technologies, headquartered in Old Saybrook, CT, is seeking an experienced Payroll & Benefits Manager to oversee Payroll, Benefits, and Compliance.

This role will oversee a team of HR / Payroll professionals supporting an organization of over 1,000 employees in multiple locations. As part of a larger corporation within a public company, this role will collaborate with HR teams across the organization to ensure seamless integration and alignment of HR operations.

This role will be responsible for:

• Managing the entire payroll process within IWT
• Oversee Benefit Administration
• Ensure HR compliance
• Serve as system administrator for all HR systems
• Manage KPIs for the department
• Oversee daily workflow for the department

The ideal candidate should have:

• A degree in HR, Business, or related field
• 7+ years managing payroll, benefits, and HR compliance
• Industry-recognized payroll certification is a plus
• Excellent communication and computer skills
