As the Manager of Nursing for the Dialysis Service Line, you will lead the clinical and operational activities of the Dialysis Program, ensuring high standards of patient care and compliance with regulatory guidelines. This role emphasizes collaboration, program development, and quality improvement to enhance the overall patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
Accountable for day-to-day operations of Dialysis Services
Ensure nursing standards for dialysis patients are met
Perform annual needs assessments and collaborate with nephrologists
Lead quality and operations committees with Dialysis Medical Director
Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Maintain systems to track quality and operational data
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree: BSN from an accredited school of nursing or ADN with commitment to obtain BSN within two years
Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
3 years recent experience in Dialysis nursing
Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree in Nursing or related field
1 year first line management experience
