Key Responsibilities
Conduct assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, and interventions
Select appropriate treatment modalities based on member needs
Provide therapy to adults, adolescents, and children
Document clinical encounters and maintain patient records
Consult on family interactions and community resources
Participate in quality management activities
Required Qualifications
Two (2) years of post-graduate mental health therapy experience within the last five (5) years
Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology or related field
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (California) OR Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (California) OR Licensed Clinical Social Worker (California)
