Key Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care using the nursing process
• Performs plan of care interventions including medication administration and clinical treatments
• Documents patient care given
• Monitors and communicates patient condition to care team and family
• Assists patients with activities of daily living
• Collaborates across disciplines to coordinate patient care
• Evaluates learning needs and provides patient/family education
• Advocates for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient
• Attends staff meetings and participates in projects and committees
