Job Description
Join KinderCare Education as a Site Director and inspire children and educators alike. You'll lead a passionate team, create engaging classroom experiences, and nurture relationships with families to ensure educational excellence in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a group of teachers to create engaging classroom experiences
Ensure site operates effectively and maintains licensing, safety, and educational standards
Partner with parents to provide the best care and education
Cultivate relationships with families, teachers, and community contacts
Lead recruitment and enrollment efforts of new families
Required Qualifications
At least one year of teaching experience
Ability to develop, engage, and inspire a team
Love for children and a strong desire to make a difference
Ability to build relationships with families and staff
Outstanding customer service skills
Strong organizational skills
Meet state specific guidelines for the role
Basic computer proficiency
Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds
Proficient in English
