Job Description

Join The Jewish Board as a Client Engagement Specialist, where you'll be the vital first point of contact for clients seeking outpatient services. Utilize your customer service expertise to assist clients, manage appointments, and collaborate with healthcare professionals in a compassionate environment aimed at improving community health.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage interactions with clients in-person and over the phone
  • Document services provided in client charts
  • Schedule new and follow-up appointments
  • Confirm client's preferred form of communication
  • Communicate with clinic staff regarding appointments and client needs
  • Check-in and check-out clients at clinics
  • Perform routine office administrative tasks

Required Qualifications

  • BA in related healthcare field or minimum two years related work experience
  • Ability to work well with others and as part of a team
  • Ability to work autonomously in a hybrid work setting
  • Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Significant experience with providing excellent customer service

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual
  • Flexibility to work some evening and weekend hours
