We offer a flexible schedule, with very early morning or late afternoon shifts.Find more details below, and if this sounds like a good fit for you, please apply now We are looking forward to speaking with YOU!Benefits:MedicalDentalVisionBasic Life and AD&D (company paid)Voluntary Life and AD&DShort-Term DisabilityLong-Term DisabilityAccidentCritical Illness401(k)PTOJob Responsibilities:Manages the day-to-day workflow of the shop, working closely with operations managers to priorities repairs, and reduce downtime, while upholding safety and quality standards.Provides guidance and mentorship for shop team members.Manages all third-party repairs.Maintains advanced knowledge of, and strong skill proficiency of vehicle components and systems, with the ability to perform complex repair and maintenance functions on-site and on the road.Completes diagnosis and repair of vehicle and equipment systems including mechanical, electrical, air, hydraulic, and vacuum components.Performs annual DOT inspections.Completes accurate documentation of repairs, services and parts used.Manages shop inventory, including bulk fluids, consumables and parts.Performs other job-related duties as assigned or apparentPreferred Qualifications:5 years of experience as a technician working on heavy-duty trucks.Class B CDL with air brake endorsement required.ASE Heavy Truck Certifications (T1-T8) are a plus but not required.Physical Requirements:Must be able to lift 50 pounds.Must be able to work in all types of weather.Must be able to stretch, pull, climb, and crawl as required to access units.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or protected veteran status.
