Job Title: Physician - Urology

This full-time Urology physician position is set in a facility equipped with state-of-the-art da Vinci Xi Surgical Robots, allowing for innovative treatment solutions. The practice serves a diverse patient population, specializing in disorders of the urinary tract and male reproductive system. In partnership with the Mayo Clinic Care Network, your contributions will play a significant role in providing exceptional care across an eight-county area in Northwest Ohio. 
 Job Responsibilities: 
-  Collaborate with a supportive medical staff, operations team, and leadership 
 -  Manage your own schedule, volumes, and practice operations for greater autonomy 
 -  Maintain a balanced professional and personal lifestyle 
 -  Engage in decision-making at the local hospital level

 -  Access strong, available subspecialty support 
 -  Offer mentorship and also receive guidance from peers 
 -  Participate in surgeries, utilizing extensive surgical and robotics expertise 
 -  Maintain flexible office hours, managing between 20-30 patients per day 
 -  Perform 1.5-2 OR days per week based on surgical volume 
 -  Conduct various office procedures including cystoscopies, biopsies, and stent removals 
 -  Utilize cutting-edge equipment including Olympus Cysto Towers and Phillips Epiq Ultrasound 
 -  Establish programs for prostatectomy and cystectomy 
 -  Utilize Electronic Medical Records (EMR) - Cerner 
 
 Qualifications: 
-  Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology (within 5 years of residency)
 -  Ohio medical license (or willing to obtain)
 -  DEA registration must be obtained prior to start 
 -  Clean malpractice history 
 
 License and Certification Requirements: 
-  Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Urology -  REQUIRED 
 -  Current Ohio medical license or willingness to obtain -  REQUIRED 
 -  DEA registration, acquired prior to start -  REQUIRED
