Key Responsibilities
Promote the sale of products with impeccable guest service
Resolve guest concerns
Assist in training and coaching staff
Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
Maintain cleanliness and appearance standards
Use POS register systems for sales transactions
Required Qualifications
At least 1 year of Retail, Customer Service or Hospitality experience
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good visual merchandising skills
Exceptional Customer Service Skills
Time Management Skills
Problem solving skills & strategic thinking
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of Microsoft applications including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
