Job Description

Join Six Flags Great Adventure as a Retail Supervisor, where you will lead a team to deliver exceptional guest service and drive sales. You'll be responsible for training staff, managing inventory, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote the sale of products with impeccable guest service
  • Resolve guest concerns
  • Assist in training and coaching staff
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
  • Maintain cleanliness and appearance standards
  • Use POS register systems for sales transactions

Required Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of Retail, Customer Service or Hospitality experience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good visual merchandising skills
  • Exceptional Customer Service Skills
  • Time Management Skills
  • Problem solving skills & strategic thinking

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Microsoft applications including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
