Job Description
As a Per Diem Registered Nurse in the Medical Oncology Cancer Center, you will coordinate patient care and ensure quality standards are met within a supportive team environment. This role demands flexibility, effective communication skills, and a commitment to patient rights and safety.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and implement patient care specific to age of patient population
Ensure quality care is provided efficiently and safely
Demonstrate performance consistent with the mission and goals of the organization
Communicate clearly and concisely with patients and families
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited program for Registered Nursing
Current New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license
BLS Certification required or within 2 weeks of hire date
Preferred Qualifications
Current knowledge and skills appropriate to age/type of patient population served
Knowledgeable and sensitive to patients' rights in the delivery of care
