Job Description

Join QTC Medical Group as an Audiologist and play a crucial role in providing care to our service members. Utilize your expertise in audiology to assess and diagnose hearing issues, contributing to the well-being of veterans across the country.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and interpret tests to determine hearing impairment
  • Evaluate test results and medical records to determine causes of hearing loss
  • Conduct otoscopic examinations and manage cerumen
  • Lead training for paraprofessional staff
  • Complete Veterans Benefits Administration Disability Benefit Questionnaires (DBQs)

Required Qualifications

  • Doctorate Degree in Audiology from an accredited college or university
  • Current unrestricted Audiologist license in the state of employment
  • American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and/or American Academy of Audiology (AAA) certification prior to hire
  • 3+ years of clinic practice experience
  • Ability to obtain and maintain government clearances

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience conducting occupational/disability medical examinations
