Provide leadership and strategic planning for care management services
Ensure adherence to Medicare and Medicaid regulations

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
Master’s Degree in Nursing, Health Administration, Business, or related field
Minimum 5+ years in a leadership care management role
Oregon RN license upon hire
Over 7 years of progressive leadership in healthcare delivery
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing both nursing and social work teams
Union experience strongly preferred
Certification in Case Management within 3 years
Expertise in population health strategies
Proficiency in leading cross-functional teams
