Key Responsibilities
Create personalized therapy plans based on patient assessments
Provide direct therapy using adaptive techniques and assistive devices
Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy goals
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team
Track patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
Engage in quality assurance initiatives
Adhere to infection control protocols and safety guidelines
Collaborate in discharge planning
Perform additional duties assigned within scope of practice
Required Qualifications
Valid Occupational Therapy license in compliance with state regulations
Current BLS Certification (AHA/ARC)
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s Degree or higher in Occupational Therapy
OTR Certification (NBCOT)
Occupational Therapy Assistant experience
Other certifications or licenses may be required
