Key Responsibilities
Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance
Administer prescribed medications under supervision of a licensed nurse
Document resident care and medication administration
Assist residents with daily living activities
Maintain cleanliness of living areas
Encourage resident participation in wellness and recreational programs
Required Qualifications
High school graduate or GED preferred
Minimum age of 18 preferred
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required in applicable states
Successful completion of a state-approved Certified Medication Aide/Assistant course

Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care
