Key Responsibilities
Perform diagnostic and service work on HVAC equipment
Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction
Analyze, diagnose, and resolve customer problems
Inspect equipment and perform diagnostics
Complete routine maintenance and equipment cleaning
Record information on customer calls using a hand-held device
Ensure company property and tools are maintained
Follow safety protocols and report unsafe conditions
Required Qualifications
EPA Universal and NATE certifications
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
High school diploma or GED with additional training
2 to 5 years’ experience in HVAC with technical training certification
Must possess valid licensing or certification as required by laws
EPA and safety certifications
Preferred Qualifications
Skilled at servicing heating, air conditioning, and ventilation equipment
Proficient mechanical aptitude
Effective communication skills
Effective time-management and organizational skills
Available to work flexible hours and on-call shifts
