Job Description
Ideal candidates are experienced in both Cath Lab & Angio with scrub experience
WILL ACCEPT LOCAL TRAVELERS
Shift: 4x10 Days Mon-Fri 0700 - 1730
Call: about one weeknight per week and one weekend every 3-4 weeks
Certs Required: BLS, ACLS, ARRT-R, OBMI (Oregon state license)
RTO: No RTO in first 2 weeks. Max 7 days of RTO.
REFUSAL TO FLOAT AS REQUESTED WILL RESULT IN A CANCELLATION OF CONTRACT
Legacy Health expects travelers to float within a site and across the system.
Travelers are required to complete any education assigned within one week of assignment.
Low Census Mandatory cancellation terms: Must cancel 1.5 hours before the start of a shift. Personnel may be mandatorily cancelled one shift per two-week pay period without cause or penalty.
